Tenille Halliday
Director
Tenille Halliday has worked on some of Australia’s most significant leadership and transformation learning programs. She has a proven ability to assist in elevating sales, engagement, customer advocacy and performance. She has deployed programs Australia wide, as well in Europe, and Greater China, and has experience across industry groups and sectors.
Tenille combines high-end facilitation skills, with creative writing, pedagogical knowledge, and commercial acumen to create impactful programs. Her work has been recognised through industry awards, as well as international speaking opportunities. She has presented alongside world-renowned academics and senior business leaders, including collaborating with Prof. Carol Dweck, the creator of the Growth Mindset theory. In 2013 she presented a case study of the Medibank Thrive program she co-created at AITD in Washington, DC.
Tenille holds a Bachelor of Arts from Curtin University’s School of Communication and Culture, majoring in both English Literature and Theatre Arts, and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). She combines her creative writing skills with commercial acumen to create impactful learning.
Tenille is a certified Leadership Circle Consultant, Open Space Facilitator, and is accredited in the Emotional & Social Styles Inventory (ESCI) DISC and HBDI Diagnostic Systems, and she has a sound working knowledge of a broad range of diagnostics and tools. She completed a masterclass with organisational change gurus, Weisbiord and Janoff and an intensive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program to compliment her EQ work.
