Tenille Halliday

Director

Tenille Halliday has worked on some of Australia’s most significant leadership and transformation learning programs. She has a proven ability to assist in elevating sales, engagement, customer advocacy and performance. She has deployed programs Australia wide, as well in Europe, and Greater China, and has experience across industry groups and sectors.

Tenille combines high-end facilitation skills, with creative writing, pedagogical knowledge, and commercial acumen to create impactful programs. Her work has been recognised through industry awards, as well as international speaking opportunities. She has presented alongside world-renowned academics and senior business leaders, including collaborating with Prof. Carol Dweck, the creator of the Growth Mindset theory. In 2013 she presented a case study of the Medibank Thrive program she co-created at AITD in Washington, DC.

Tenille holds a Bachelor of Arts from Curtin University’s School of Communication and Culture, majoring in both English Literature and Theatre Arts, and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). She combines her creative writing skills with commercial acumen to create impactful learning.

Tenille is a certified Leadership Circle Consultant, Open Space Facilitator, and is accredited in the Emotional & Social Styles Inventory (ESCI) DISC and HBDI Diagnostic Systems, and she has a sound working knowledge of a broad range of diagnostics and tools. She completed a masterclass with organisational change gurus, Weisbiord and Janoff and an intensive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program to compliment her EQ work.

Duncan Young

Associate Partner

Duncan has been working with organisations for two decades as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He has implemented training programs throughout Asia Pacific and Europe across a broad range of industries and clients from both the private and public sector.

One of Duncan’s great strengths is being able to work effortlessly at any level of an organisation from CEO to line managers. Duncan is widely recognised for his commercial acumen.

Duncan is accredited in The Leadership Circle, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the L-Map Leadership Coaching Tool and the DISC Diagnostic System and has won numerous awards for his work. He was a guest speaker at TedX Sydney 2017.

His credentials combine a diversity of education and training with practical experience. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Drama and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). He has worked as a professional actor since 1995 appearing in film, theatre and TV productions in Australia and Overseas.

Duncan has led internal teams at a small consulting firm, as well as contract and freelance project teams. He brings a wealth of tacit knowledge to every project.

Andrew Robb

Andrew is an extremely experienced facilitator and corporate actor having worked in the UK for many years before his return to Melbourne. A-Robb, as he is known to us, is reliable, hard-working, and smart! He won a University medal for academic excellence. His engineering background makes him pragmatic and technical… with flair.

Angela Twigg

Ange loves working with leaders to help them motivate and coach their teams to be the best they can be. With over twenty years experience as a facilitator and coach, she has worked with leaders across varied industries. Angela has a wonderful blend of warmth and compassion, and a keen attention to detail and discipline in her work. She’s one of the best.

Annie Maynard

Beloved Aussie actor who also happens to be a red-hot facilitator and coach. Annie has deep expertise in communication skills and leadership, with a deft skill in navigating tough conversations. She helps people develop empathy and connection. She will bring compassion, integrity, and curiosity to the work. And gags… lots of gags!

Claire Jones

Compassionate. Calm. Creative. Claire is an extremely experienced coach, facilitator, learning designer, and an absolutely stunning actor. She has broad experience in organisational development and experiential learning, having worked both in a mid-tier learning consultancies and large organisations, such as Allianz and Deloitte.

Damien Fotiou

Damien is a skilled actor, with 20 years experience in film and TV. He is the founder of Brave Studios, one of Melbourne’s most prestigious acting studios for young people. His love of teaching, and tacit experience of running a business, and leading teams brings deep insight. Plus, wherever we are in the world he always knows where to get the best coffee.

Emma Palmer

Emma believes that everyone deserves to work in an environment with great communication and respectful relationships, and she’s driven to help others to make this a reality. Emma creates an energised and supportive learning environment and is a brilliant coach. She is also a writer and presenter on Playschool so you can totally brag to your kids that you’ve met her.

Georgia Bolton

She has a bachelor's’ degree in psychology and arts, is an experienced facilitator and actor, and she has a deep interest in mindset and what makes people tick. Georgia has worked around the world helping people communicate with impact, and lead with heart. Georgia has a knack for making everyone feel at ease, and ready to learn.

Happy Feraren

As a master improviser, Happy has performed in more than 500 shows globally. She is an experienced broadcaster and presenter and has  appeared in broadcasts and festivals all around the world. Happy grew up in the Philippines, and lucky for us, she now lives in Sydney where she teaches and performs improvisation, facilitates, and writes creative content.

Jack Finsterer

Jack has two decades experience as a corporate actor, executive coach, facilitator and designer. He excels in leadership, communication, sales, and safety programs. Jack is incredibly hard working, and will go the extra length for any project he’s on. He may have a tough exterior, but he is deeply compassionate, and intensely focussed on the learners and their experience.

Kaeng Chan

Drop this name to any Aussie 5-year-old and you will see their eyes light up. Kaeng is a beloved Play School and ABC presenter and it’s no wonder, as he is pure joy. Kaeng has had an extensive career on stage and screen, and brings this experience and energy to the learning programs he is part of. He also rides an electric unicycle to workshops which absolutely deserves a mention!

Kaivu Suvarna

Kaivu is a Melbourne based performer, and recent graduate of the Victorian College of The Arts. He has appeared in mainstage productions in both Sydney and Melbourne, and recently toured a show to Edinburgh. For TH+ he has appeared in both films, and live workshops. Kaivu is deeply inquisitive, diligent and brings a truth to every character he plays.

Kevin MacIsaac

People love working with Kevin. He is hilarious for a start, and a wonderful team-mate. He seeks to understand every moment from the learner’s perspective and is great at creating a safe space for people to explore and challenge themselves. Kevin has experience facilitating experiential learning programs, leadership coaching, and acting.

Paul Goddard

Quite simply… Paul is sublime. Eloquent, intelligent, experienced and completely over-qualified! Paul has been creating high quality learning experiences for two decades. He is a writer, music producer, and highly regarded actor in film and theatre - combined with his background in social science, conflict resolution, and adult learning…need we say more?

Rachael Coopes

Rachael is a master storyteller with the biggest heart. She works across many forms, helping people connect and collaborate in meaningful ways. She’s a published author, speaker, actor and yoga instructor, and a much-loved Playschool presenter. Rach brings light to every project, and has a remarkable talent for making sure everyone is hydrated!

Raj Sidhu

Raj is a highly sought after consultant, facilitator and actor. He has extensive experience globally in change management, strategy, leadership, communication, and media skills. He is also a successful producer; heading up Australian Theatre Live - capturing theatre digitally for regional and global audiences, and Realplay Media - a valued delivery partner of TH+.

Simon Wilton

It’s a real treat having Simon on the team as our resident expert in positive psychology, in which he holds a masters. He is extremely driven to help people see that what they focus on grows. He has twenty-plus-years’ experience as a facilitator, executive coach, actor, teacher in academia, and far too many credentials to list.

Sophie Cleary

One of the most in demand corporate actors in the business. And there is a reason! Sophie learns fast, is a brilliant actor and, has a commercial head on her shoulders. She can seamlessly integrate into any sector or industry and add value in the room. Sophie is also an amazing wedding celebrant, and has the most eclectic collection of earrings we’ve ever seen!
