Would you attempt to fly a plane simply by reading the manual? Would a TED talk on aerodynamics do the job? Of course not!

Your early flights would be with the guidance of a coach who can let you know how you are doing and pull you out of a nose-dive if needed.

We believe leadership skills, communication strategies, and new ways of working need the same degree of guided hands-on practice.

Reading a few slides and having a chat won’t cut it for a high -stakes conversation, or pitch presentation. The first time you apply these skills it can be a little tricky. You need to practice with a real human first!

We create experiences that do just that.
Action Learning is not passive.
We get people involved in what they are learning and help them turn knowledge into behaviour.

Our design principles:

Social

Put the problem at the centre for people to solve together.

Reflective

Make time for observation and reflection.

Narrative

Use stories to help with retention an emotional connection.

Active

Create something behavioural people can immerse themselves in.

And there is always joy in the work!

We use three signature experiences that wow!

Interplay (Forum Theatre)

Case studies that take the form of scripted scenarios. The action reflects back to the learner current issues, challenges and communication dynamics and helps them see themselves more clearly. It highly interactive and develops empathy skills.

Real-play

Learners participate in simulated conversations or interaction in which they practice new skills. Sure, it might sound like role-play but we think of it more as flying with an instructor. It is supportive and it’s where people really level up.

Replay

Moves the learner towards the application of new skills. May be a re-working of a scenario using new strategies, a demonstration of best practice, an improvised conversation, live action film, animation or motion graphic.

Transformational leaders; clear communicators.
